What's Causing This Error

Resolving this issue involves ensuring that the user credentials used to authenticate with the email server are valid and that there are no syntax errors within the username and password fields.

If the user credentials are valid, the next step is to verify if the client's IP address is within a blocklist. If the IP address is within a blocklist, users may follow the appeal process to exclude the specific IP address from the blocklist(s).
